I imagine this just melts in your mouth! I love balsamic anything and can’t wait to try this Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glazed Pork!

I found this on pinterest a few months ago. It is FABULOUS, but definitely not a $5 dinner. Haha!

And FYI in the adapted version you did in a glass bowl in the oven I did that, then when the meat was done I reduced the balsamic and brown sugar on the stove in a pan, added a pat of butter to thicken and richen it, and then poured it over. It was very tasty, much like a honey-glazed ham in principle.
