Sloppy Joe Pasta Bake

This sloppy joe pasta bake is cheesy, saucy, and so satisfying! An easy weeknight dinner the whole family will love — ready in under an hour.
Prep Time15 minutes minutes
Cook Time15 minutes minutes
Servings - 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef browned
  • 15 oz. can sloppy Joe sauce
  • 1 lb. small shell pasta noodles like elbows gluten-free, if needed
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Cook the pasta as directed in a saucepan, to al dente. The pasta will soak up some of the liquid from the chili when it bakes, so don't overboil the pasta!
  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet and drain if needed. Pour in the sloppy Joe sauce and bring to bubbling.
  • In a 9x13-inch baking dish, combine the cooked pasta and the sloppy joe meat. Top with the shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
  • Serve Sloppy Joe Pasta Bake with favorite side salad or veggies.
