Ingredients
- 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 15 oz. can black beans well drained
- 6 oz. mango salsa or mango pico de gallo
- 4 oz. can green chilies
- salt and pepper to taste
- rice side dish
- fresh mango slices garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker and add the black beans, mango salsa and green chilies over the top. Set on low and cook for 8 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken into the sauce and serve over white or brown rice.
