This slow cooker mango chicken is an easy weeknight dinner your whole family will ask for again and again.

- 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 15 oz. can black beans well drained
- 6 oz. mango salsa or mango pico de gallo
- 4 oz. can green chilies
- salt and pepper to taste

Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker and add the black beans, mango salsa and green chilies over the top. Set on low and cook for 8 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken into the sauce and serve over white or brown rice.
