I just found your blog and I’m loving it!!
I’m a mom that stays at home during the week and works night shift on the weekends at a local hospital. I have a 15 month old and another on the way. I need this blog!!!

I am looking for ways to save money and simplify our life with meal planning. I do a little bit of freezer cooking now but I love trying new recipes!!

I always love your menus every week. Even though I can’t make them for $5, (I have a little larger family), I do usually make them for a few dollars more. This week I am loving the Rosemary Orange Chicken. That sounds really delicious just reading the name of it.

I also am waiting for the Rosemary Orange Chicken. It sounds like something I could make with the ingredients in my kitchen, this week. The garbanzo and winter veggie recipe also sounds really interesting, and like something we would enjoy a lot.
