Strawberry Spinach Quinoa Salad 2 cups white quinoa 6 large strawberries 2 handfuls fresh baby spinach About 1/4 to 1/3 cup chopped or slivered almonds Dressing drizzles – balsamic, poppyseed, or other sweet vinaigrette Crispy Ranch Mozzarella Chicken Strips 12-16 chicken strips 2 cups Corn Flakes 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1-2 packets of Ranch dressing 1 stick melted butter Cheeseburger ‘n Fries Kebabs 2 lb. bag of frozen potato wedges 1 lb. ground chuck 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 tsp Italian seasoning 3 dill pickle wedges 1 onion 3-4 slices of cheese Condiments – ketchup, mustard, spicy mustard, mayo, or other favorite Optional – small dinner rolls for serving Side dish – fresh fruit or baby carrots or small side salad Lemon Pasta with Chicken & Broccoli 16 oz. package pasta 1/4 cup olive oil 1 cup onions 4 cloves garlic 2 cups cooked chicken (optional) 4 cups broccoli 2 cups carrots 1/3 cup vegetable broth (how to make vegetable broth) juice and zest of one lemon 1/4 cup fresh parsley (or 2 tablespoons dried) 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (how to make seasoning salt) 1/2 teaspoon thyme BLT Sliders with Parmesan Mayo 1 package turkey bacon 1 package Sister Schubert’s dinner rolls 2 small tomatoes 4 lettuce leaves 1/2 cup mayo 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder Chips and fresh fruit for serving Spinach Mushroom Quiche 1 Tablespoon olive oil 6 ounces fresh spinach leaves 8 ounces sliced white mushrooms 6 eggs 3 ounces crumbled feta cheese 1 pie crust, homemade or store bought 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Iced Caramel Coffee Punch 4 cups brewed coffee 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk or 1 full can of evaporated milk 3-4 Tbsp Smucker’s caramel syrup (or other flavored syrup) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or peppermint) Couple small scoops of ice cream Caramel drizzles on top If you are seeing this in an email or in your reader and you’d like to print your grocery list, then click here to access the list feature, which is only available on the website.
