Easy Weeknight Meal: Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner!
Some nights call for a dinner that practically makes itself, and this one’s a total keeper. The boys are already asking me to make this agan.
Crispy roasted potatoes get tossed in ranch seasoning (I prefer the Trader Joe’s brand!), loaded up with melty cheese, and paired with sliced sausage, all cooked together on a single sheet pan for minimal cleanup.
It’s the kind of cozy, crowd-pleasing meal that even your pickiest eaters will ask for again and again!
