Kickin’ Sloppy Joes 1 lb Ground Beef 1 14.5 oz Can of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies 1 8 oz Can of Tomato Sauce 1/2 Cup Ketchup 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar Buns or Udi’s Gluten Free Hamburger Buns Pizza Penne Bake 1 lb. pasta noodles, such as penne, ziti, mostachioli or other “medium” shaped noodle 3/4 cup pizza sauce 1 red bell pepper 1 green bell pepper About 30 pepperonis 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese About 1 cup pizza blend shredded cheese Roasted Maple Mustard Chicken 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 1.5 lbs 1-2 Tbsp minced onion About 2 lbs. red potatoes 4 carrot sticks 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup Dijon mustard Slow Cooker Ranchero Chicken 1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes 1 6 oz. can tomato paste 3 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs Sausage Pizza Kebabs 3 Sweet Italian sausage links 1 red onion 1 each – red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese 1 cup pizza sauce, for dipping Grilled garlic bread Rice Pudding with Mango and Coconut 2 cups leftover or cooked rice 2 cups milk (I used rice milk) 1/2 cup sugar or preferred sweetener 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp coconut extract (optional) 2 large mangoes 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes Grilled Banana Splits 4 bananas About 3 Tbsp sugar 4-8 scoops of ice cream Toppings – whatever your favorites are!
