The $5 Dinners Weekly Meal Plan with Printable Grocery List

Scroll down and you’ll see a list of ingredients for each of the recipes included, in the order they are listed above. I’ll include ALL ingredients, including many that you already have in your pantry, refrigerator, or freezer. If you have those ingredients, just don’t click them!

Put a check mark by each of the ingredients, and then print your grocery list and be on your way to the grocery store!

Pork Chops with Cranberry Mustard Sauce

4 pork chops, about 1.5 lbs
Dashes of cinnamon
1 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries (or 1 15 oz. can)
1/4 cup spicy mustard
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown rice
1 bag frozen veggies, 16 oz

Chunky Guacamole with Mango & Red Onion

3 avocados
1 large ripe mango
1 Roma tomato
1/2 large red onion
2 small limes
1 tsp ground cumin
Small handful of Cilantro
Tortilla Chips

Stovetop Italian Chicken with Potatoes

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
8 bone-in chicken thighs
About 2 lbs red potatoes
4 carrots
1 small onion
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Drizzles of olive oil

Chili Pasta Bake

1 bag Hurst Slow Cooker Chili Beans and seasoning
1 lb. cooked ground beef
1 small onion
1 small pepper
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 lb. pasta noodles, shells or elbows
2 cups shredded sharp or medium cheddar cheese

Roasted Garlic Parmesan Noodles

1 lb. spaghetti or other favorite noodles
4 heads of garlic
Drizzle olive oil
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
Pinchful of oregano leaves
Serve as a side dish with baked chicken, beef roast, or other favorite Italian dish

BBQ Chicken Topped Potatoes

4 to 6 baking potatoes
1 lb. chicken breasts or thighs
About 1 cup BBQ sauce
Butter, salt and pepper for potatoes
Shredded Cheese for topping
Serve with fresh fruit and veggies

Migas with Black Beans & Tomatoes

3-4 Tbsp oil for frying
4 corn tortillas
1 small onion
1 small jalapeño pepper
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 15 oz. black beans
8 eggs
1 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning
8 corn tortillas
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese, garnish
1 15 oz. can refried beans

Mexican Cocoa Fudge

2/3 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup butter
3 cups sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
12 oz. dark chocolate
1 – 7 oz. jar marshmallow fluff

What’s the guac for? I looked over the glossi and this page but it looks like it’s just a meal on its own.

Andrea – sometimes we include side dishes or appetizers to our list for the week. The amazing Guacamole with Mango & Red Onions doesn’t actually “go” with any of the recipes – it’s just delicious! :)
