Dash of cinnamon on top of each chop 1 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries (or 1 15 oz. can) 1/4 cup spicy mustard 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown rice 1 bag frozen veggies, 16 oz Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes 1 lb. ground chuck 1 green pepper 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce 2 tsp minced onion 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp vinegar 1 Tbsp prepared mustard 1 Tbsp brown sugar 4 whole wheat buns 4 slices provolone cheese Serve with fresh fruit and chips Chicken and Stuffing Skillet Dinner 2 T. chopped onions 1 t. chopped garlic 1 can Rotel 1 cup shredded chicken 1 15 oz. can whole kernel corn 1 10 oz. bag frozen chopped spinach 1 can Campbell’s Nacho Cheese Soup 1/4 cup milk (or chicken broth) 1 t.
