So this week has been a little nutty. I’m in New York right now. About to head to the ‘blowdry bar’ to get my hair straightened…before I head to the set of Rachael Ray’s morning show.
(Yes, you read that right.)
Stop reading right now and go set your DVRs for Friday morning. Check your local listings, as her morning show airs on different stations and at different times across the country.
(Did you set it yet?)
My segment is set to air on Friday, February 28th. As soon as I know which segment in the show, I’ll share on Facebook, etc.
Because I’m in NY yesterday and today, and I’ll be exhausted Thursday and Friday…and maybe for a whole week…our meal plan this week will be a simple one. Or rather, a list of easy meals my husband can help with. Because I might be glued to the couch Thursday afternoon. (My past experience with national media tells me that the day or two after taping are filled with a lapse of excited adrenaline that leads sheer and utter exhaustion.)
