It’s no secret that bacon gets a bad rap among health experts and probably for good reason. But, it’s also no secret that I love bacon and indulge in it without guilt from time to time. It’s all a balancing act between indulgent food and healthy, nutritious food. And, of course exercising. But, running is worth it to me when I get to eat bacon.
