Time Management, Organization Ideas & Recipes – New on SCJohnson.com

by Erin, The $5 Dinner Mom on September 26, 2011

Just wanted to be sure you didn’t miss any of the articles I’ve shared over on SCJohnson.com in these last few weeks. I write a blog post once a week on their Family Economics Blog…anything from breakfast, dessert and dinner recipes to ways to spend less time in the kitchen to grilling to gardening.

From this past few weeks, you’ll find my recipes for Harvest Chili, Whole Wheat Zucchini-Carrot Pancakes, along with Faster Ways to Pack School Lunches, Starting Your Week Out on the Right Foot, and Getting Organized in the Kitchen (and in Life).

Hope these articles help you simplify and streamline the work you do, day in and day out, in and around the kitchen!

Note: I am a paid freelance writer for SCJohnson.com.

I read the Harvest Chili recipe a week ago and my mouth has been watering for it. But the weather guy is still excited about 80 and 90 degree temperatures in Oklahoma — apparently indefinitely. Fingers crossed for Fall weather so I can enjoy this delicious comfort food!

I am eager to try the carrot-zucchini pancakes… I made waffles for my son this weekend (to freeze for quick morning breakfasts) and added 1 c. of pumpkin puree because we didn’t have enough milk. No one was the wiser! Thanks for these great links!
