Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu {from Hazel}

4 chicken breast
4 slices ham
4 slices swiss cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp ground sage
salt and pepper
1 15 oz. can chicken broth
1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup

Chicken breast pounded thin. Place a slice of ham and swiss cheese on it. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Mix some breads crumbs, Parmesan cheese, sage, salt and pepper. Roll the chicken rollups in the bread crumb mixture. Brown in a skillet, then place in the clow cooker. In a bowl, comine a can of chicken broth and a can of cream of chicken soup and pour over the top. Cook on low for 6 hours. Delicious!
