
Week #2 of the #pantry Challenge, hosted by Crystal and Jessica! Here’s the plan for the week, using up what we’ve got in the freezers, pantry and fridge!!!
Dinners
Monday - Black Bean Soup, Panera Style with Homemade Rolls
Tuesday – Pulled Chicken Sliders, using leftover Homemade Rolls (Then it’s off for the Dayton Cookbook Signing!)
Wednesday – Beef Roast Marinara
Thursday – Chicken and Pasta with Dried Garden Tomatoes and Olives
Friday – Leftovers for the Men (Mama and T-Bear will be at the Columbus, OH Cookbook Signing!)
Saturday – Shrimp and Pasta
Sunday - Leftovers or Sandwiches
I will post the recipes each night after I make the meal. If you see a meal you are interested in, please check back for the recipe later in the week! Occasionally the plan changes and I don’t post the recipe..rest assured that recipe is still on my “to make” list!
