Thanks so much for this! I need to do a big freezer cooking day soon and while I have done it before, this gave me some ideas on how to speed the process up.
I have a standup freezer, so freezer cooking works for me.
Thanks for posting this, I enjoyed reading her blog & follow-up blog. I am going to look for a cheap copy of the book she uses so much for the recipes: “Don’t Panic Dinner’s in the Freezer”.
