Every week I will post 5 links to archived recipes, plus an additional 1 or 2 recipes for breakfast, snacks or batch cooking recipes.  You can click through to see the original recipe and print that recipe if you like. (Or go green and just come back to this post to get to the recipe.)

I’ve just finished up the Savvy Blogging Summit and am excited to be back with all my boys soon! And looking forward to being back in the kitchen too! Here’s what’s on tap for this week’s meal plan…

Sausage Pizza Kebabs

3 Sweet Italian sausage links
1 red onion
1 each – red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper
Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 cup pizza sauce, for dipping
Serve with Grilled garlic bread

Korean Barbecue Chicken

1 – 2 pounds chicken thighs
1/4 cup soy sauce (I use Braggs to make this gluten-free)
1/4  apple juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
2 tablespoons oil (I use 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 green onions
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Grilled Taco Burgers

1 lb. ground beef or chuck
2 Tbsp taco seasoning
1/2 onion
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup salsa
4 slices pepper jack cheese
Serve on a bun (or bread) with some yummy side dishes!

Chicken Pineapple Pepper Kebabs

1.2 lb package chicken breasts or thighs
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 15 oz. can pineapple chunks
1 cup rice

Mushroom Ricotta Stuffed Pork Chops

8 or 9 Pork Chops
1 tablespoon oil
1 small onion, diced
8 ounces mushrooms, diced
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
2 cups breadcrumbs
200 g ricotta cheese (about 7 oz)
1 egg

Egg Biscuits

1 pkg of biscuit dough (10)
5 eggs
4 tbs milk
10 thin strips of Velveeta about 1.5 inches long
1/3 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup cooked sausage or seasoned hamburger (I used my leftover taco meat!)

Simple Blueberry Cobbler

8 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1 box yellow cake mix
