Slow Cooker Sweet Potato and Chicken Curry 1 can (15 oz.) light coconut milk 3 teaspoons curry powder 1 pkg (about 1.5 lbs.) boneless skinless chicken thighs 3 medium sweet potatoes 6 carrot sticks 1 small onion Slow Cooker Slopp-Beany Joes 1 pkg Hurst’s® Navy Beans (1 lb.) 1 lb ground beef 2 15 oz. cans sloppy joe sauce (or make your own sauce) Wheat Buns Serve with a side of fresh fruit, carrot sticks, small salad Slow Cooker Chicken Pesto with Bowtie Pasta 4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 cup pesto sauce 1 box of bowtie pasta Slow Cooker Barbecue Chicken 1 bag (3 lbs) frozen chicken tenderloins (adjust for your family size) 1 bottle barbecue sauce, your favorite chopped onion, optional Serve with your favorite fruits, veggies, and bread Stovetop Italian Chicken with Potatoes 2 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 8 bone-in chicken thighs About 2 lbs red potatoes 4 carrots 1 small onion 1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes 2 tsp Italian seasoning Drizzles of olive oil Waffle Iron Cookies (Your favorite cookie dough recipe (fresh or frozen)!
