    We try to eat beans and rice once a week – it really helps. Our grocery budget. We do a chipotle-style burrito bowl with beans (usually black beans cooked from bulk dry beans), brown rice and whatever toppings we have on hand. Toppings usually include salsa, sour cream, cheese and sometimes avocado. I’m excited to check out the other recipes!
