So, this first trimester thing is really kicking my tail. I just don’t like thinking about food and just want to eat a bowl of cereal at every meal. But, I am managing to get some fruits and veggies in too. What is it about pregnancy hormones that make you want to eat only carbs and chocolate???
Here is what I will ATTEMPT to make this week. Perhaps with a little extra help from Hubs in the kitchen!
Monday - BBQ Chicken and Cornbread Casserole (Recipe from A Year of Crockpotting!)
Tuesday – Pork and Sweet Potato Stew (I did not end up making this this week!)
Wednesday – Tex Mex Chicken and Rice (Recipe from Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures)
Thursday – Black Bean Soup with Corn
Friday – Out to Eat with Aunts and Uncles!
Saturday – Wedding Reception for Friends!
Sunday - Grilled Pork Chops
