Every week I will post 5 links to archived recipes, plus an additional 1 or 2 recipes for breakfast, snacks or batch cooking recipes.  You can click through to see the original recipe and print that recipe if you like. (Or go green and just come back to this post to get to the recipe.)

Hey y’all…just wanted to make sure that you saw the new “This Week’s Eats” digital magazine that I pulled together. I’m *thinking* about making it a regular offering, but wanted to know your thoughts on it first.

Scroll down and you’ll see a list of ingredients for each of the recipes included, in the order they are listed above. I’ll include ALL ingredients, including many that you already have in your pantry, refrigerator, or freezer. If you have those ingredients, just don’t click them!

Alea’s Yellow Squash Pizza Boats

3 yellow squash
olive oil
garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, thyme
1 – 1 1/2 cup pizza sauce (Easy Pizza Sauce Recipe)
1 1/2  – 2 cups cheese
pizza toppings (pepperoni, diced tomato, onions, mushrooms, olives, peppers, etc.)

Shredded Orange Thai Beef Tacos

3+ lb. chuck roast (using half for this recipe)
1 5 oz container orange juice
1 3 oz jar Sweet Chili Sauce
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 red cabbage head
12 oz. shredded carrots
Handful cilantro leaves
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
10 Flour tortillas

Orange Thai Beef Sliders with Cilantro Slaw

Leftover shredded Orange Thai Beef
8-12 dinner rolls
Leftover Cilantro Slaw (from above)

Grilled Pork Chops with Peaches and Red Onions

4 small pork chops
Garlic powder
Onion powder
3 large peaches
1 medium to large red onion
Side of homemade rolls or store bought rolls/bread loaf

Grilled Garlic Bread

1 loaf bread
Butter or margarine
Garlic pepper and salt
(Other favorite garlic bread toppings like cheese, Italian Dressing etc.)

Dana’s Marinated Vegetable Pasta

1 box “smart” pasta or whole wheat pasta
2 large red pepper
1 large green pepper
2 small zucchini
1 small onion
3 minced garlic cloves
2 tsp oil
1/4c balsamic vinaigrette
Parmesan cheese (to taste)

Denise’s Easy Ziploc Bag Ice Cream Recipe

1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute
6 tablespoons rock salt
1 pint or quart size zip style freezer  bag
1 gallon size zip style freezer bag
ice
