I made it through our blogging conference this past week in San Diego…I just love getting together with other bloggers who ‘speak my language’ and who I can share ideas and bounce new plans off of. It’s wonderful getting to recharge and refresh and I’m excited about some new ideas that came out of the event! Now to prioritize them and execute!!! I adore the 2 kebab recipes that are on this week’s plan. And I think the Blueberry Cobbler would be a perfect dessert after you enjoy the Sausage Pizza Kebabs. Chicken, Pineapple, Pepper Kebabs 1.2 lb package chicken breasts or thighs 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce 1 red pepper 1 yellow pepper 1 green pepper 1 onion 1 15 oz. can pineapple chunks 1 cup rice, uncooked Mushroom Ricotta Stuffed Pork Chops 8 or 9 Pork Chops 1 tablespoon oil 1 small onion 8 ounces mushrooms 1 teaspoon thyme 1/2 teaspoon rosemary 2 cups breadcrumbs about 7 oz ricotta cheese 1 egg Grilled Taco Burgers 1 lb. ground beef or chuck 2 Tbsp taco seasoning 1/2 onion 2 garlic cloves 1/4 cup salsa 4 slices pepper jack cheese Serve with your favorite side dishes Sausage Pizza Kebabs 3 Sweet Italian sausage links 1 red onion 1 each – red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese 1 cup pizza sauce, for dipping Grilled garlic bread Korean Barbecue Chicken 1 – 2 pounds chicken thighs 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 apple juice 1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey 2 tablespoons oil (I use 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil) 2 teaspoons minced garlic 2 green onions 2 teaspoons grated ginger 1 tablespoon sesame seeds Egg Biscuits 1 pkg of biscuit dough, 10 ct 5 eggs 4 T milk 10 thin strips of Velveeta about 1.5 inches long 1/3 cup shredded cheddar 1 cup cooked sausage or seasoned hamburger Simple Blueberry Cobbler 8 cups fresh or frozen blueberries 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup or 1 stick butter or margarine 1 box yellow cake mix If you are seeing this in an email or in your reader and you’d like to print your grocery list, then click here to access the list feature, which is only available on the website.
