The Cheesy Beef Tortellini Bake That’ll Become Your New Weeknight Staple
Some dinners just have a way of making everyone stop what they’re doing and come to the table — and this beef tortellini bake is exactly that kind of meal.
Cheesy tortellini gets tossed with savory ground beef, a rich tomato sauce, and a generous blanket of melted mozzarella, then baked until golden and bubbling.
It comes together quickly, uses pantry staples you probably already have on hand, and makes enough to feed the whole family (with leftovers you’ll actually be excited about the next day).
Oh, and the best part…you don’t have to pre-boil the tortellini!!
Inspired by the viral no-boil Beef Ravioli Bake, this is a must-add to your weekly dinner rotation!
P.S. Use gluten-free tortellini for an easy gluten-free dinner that everyone will enjoy.
