Pizza Tortellini Bake

This Pizza Tortellini Bake combines cheesy, tender tortellini with classic pizza flavors for a hearty, crowd-pleasing meal.
Prep Time5 minutes minutes
Cook Time30 minutes minutes
Servings - 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. box fresh or frozen tortellini
  • 1 small Roma tomato chopped
  • 1 small orange or red bell pepper seeded and chopped
  • 30 pepperonis
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 24 oz. jar marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • side salad or favorite veggies

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In the prepared baking dish, add the fresh or frozen tortellini in a single layer.
  • Add the tomato pieces, bell pepper pieces, and pepperoni on top of the tortellini. (You can use whatever your favorite pizza toppings and flavors are here.)
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Then pour the marinara sauce over the top. Add the hot water to the marinara jar to "rinse it out." Then pour the remaining sauce from the jar and spread into an even layer. The water will also help cook the tortellini as it bakes. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Carefully remove and let cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve Pizza Tortellini Bake with side salad or favorite veggies. Enjoy!
