So this is more of a concept than an actual recipe. The idea is to set out smaller amounts of food in muffin tins and let your kiddos enjoy their lunch or snack “on their own.”

Of my 4 boys, 2 of them were “grazers” and liked to have smaller amounts of food, more frequently. (I presume this is because they both had pretty severe reflux!) Whether or not the need or desire for grazing is medically related, some children just prefer to graze. So, I say let them…

But…you are still responsible for their nutritional needs, so I highly recommend this muffin tin lunch concept to help you monitor what they are eating and keeping their diet balanced. 🙂
