This is hands down my favorite Chicken Salad recipe…ever. And this is what I often make myself for lunch when I have leftover shredded or rotisserie chicken from the previous night’s dinner.
I always have these ingredients on hand (kids are grapes and apples fiends!) and the rest are fridge or pantry staples for us…soooooo. Easy, delicious lunch for me.
