Ginger Chicken Stirfry

This turned out really well. I can’t use soy sauce for stirfrys, so I’m always trying new things. I wanted to use an orange, but we were all out. I tried a grapefruit and really liked the grapefruit/ginger flavor combo!

1/4 – 1/2 bottle favorite BBQ sauce ($.50)
