Secret menu drink at Starbucks – the Cinderella Latte – as a quick bread or muffin!

Pumpkin + white chocolate + a touch of mocha/espresso makes for THE BEST FALL MUFFINS AND QUICK BREAD!

Have you heard of the Cinderella Latte from the ‘bucks?!

It’s on the secret menu. Not all baristas even know about it.

    You HAVE TO TRY IT!

It’s basically a pumpkin latte, swapping in some white chocolate. Here’s how you would order it…

“It’s a pumpkin spice latte but with 2 pumps pumpkin spice + 2 pumps white chocolate syrup.”

A pumpkin spice latte is 4 pumps pumpkin spice. So the Cinderella Latte is essentially an even pumpkin-white chocolate combo and I AM HERE FOR IT.

I made a cookie version, and here is the combo as quick bread and muffins!

(If you haven’t seen the “Starbucks Drink Cookie Series” or the “Cinderella Latte Cookies” – tap here for more yummy mocha-inspired dessert recipes!)

How to Make Cinderella Latte Quick Bread and Muffins

Mix up pumpkin bread base (enough to make 2 9×5-inch loaf pans worth.)

You can use a store bought mix, or homemade version – here is my recipe.

Once it’s mixed up, stir in 1 cup espresso morsels and 1 cup white chocolate morsels.

Pour the batter into 2 loaf pans…or 1 loaf pan and 1 12-muffin tin.

The bowl pictured above made 12 muffins & 1 loaf. Just enough to last….only a day around here! LOL
