Ingredients
- 1 lb. precooked frozen meatballs
- 2 cups sweet and sour sauce
- 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
- 2 small green bell peppers seeded and diced
- Salt and pepper
- Garnish: sliced green onions
- Side: rice
- Side: salad or eggrolls
Instructions
- To the slow cooker, add the precooked meatballs and pour the sweet n sour sauce, diced green bell peppers, pineapple chunks with their juices. Gently stir to combine.
- Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 2 hours. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste, before serving.
- Cook the rice.
- Prepare the salad or eggrolls.
- Serve Slow Cooker Sweet n Sour Meatballs over rice with sliced green onion garnish, and a side salad or eggrolls. Enjoy!
