Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb. precooked frozen meatballs
  • 2 cups sweet and sour sauce
  • 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
  • 2 small green bell peppers seeded and diced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garnish: sliced green onions
  • Side: rice
  • Side: salad or eggrolls

Instructions

  • To the slow cooker, add the precooked meatballs and pour the sweet n sour sauce, diced green bell peppers, pineapple chunks with their juices. Gently stir to combine.
  • Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 2 hours. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste, before serving.
  • Cook the rice.
  • Prepare the salad or eggrolls.
  • Serve Slow Cooker Sweet n Sour Meatballs over rice with sliced green onion garnish, and a side salad or eggrolls. Enjoy!
