To the slow cooker, add the precooked meatballs and pour the sweet n sour sauce, diced green bell peppers, pineapple chunks with their juices. Gently stir to combine.
Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 2 hours. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste, before serving.
Cook the rice.
