Ingredients
- 1 lb. pasta noodles regular or gluten free
- 1 lb. ground beef browned
- 24 oz. jar vodka sauce
- 4 oz. burrata cheese torn into dollops
- basil optional garnish
Instructions
- Boil the pasta as directed. Drain and serve.
- While the pasta is boiling, brown the ground beef and stir in the vodka sauce. Bring to simmer and simmer until the pasta is ready.
- Serve the pasta with the meat vodka sauce and pieces of burrata torn and dolloped in the sauce. Top with chopped fresh basil, if desired. Enjoy!
