Creamy Vodka Pasta with Burrata

This restaurant-quality pasta brings together the tangy tomatoes, rich cream, and a subtle kick from vodka—with the luxurious addition of torn burrata cheese. Enjoy!

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb. pasta noodles regular or gluten free
  • 1 lb. ground beef browned
  • 24 oz. jar vodka sauce
  • 4 oz. burrata cheese torn into dollops
  • basil optional garnish

Instructions

  • Boil the pasta as directed. Drain and serve.
  • While the pasta is boiling, brown the ground beef and stir in the vodka sauce. Bring to simmer and simmer until the pasta is ready.
  • Serve the pasta with the meat vodka sauce and pieces of burrata torn and dolloped in the sauce. Top with chopped fresh basil, if desired. Enjoy!
