Ingredients
1lb.pasta noodlesregular or gluten free
1lb.ground beefbrowned
24oz.jar vodka sauce
4oz.burrata cheesetorn into dollops
basiloptional garnish
Instructions
Boil the pasta as directed. Drain and serve.
While the pasta is boiling, brown the ground beef and stir in the vodka sauce. Bring to simmer and simmer until the pasta is ready.
Serve the pasta with the meat vodka sauce and pieces of burrata torn and dolloped in the sauce. Top with chopped fresh basil, if desired. Enjoy!
