Pesto Tortellini Bake

Super easy, super delicious! The whole family will love this flavorful pasta dish!

Servings - 4 servings

Ingredients 

  • 20 oz. cheese ravioli
  • 24 oz alfredo sauce
  • 4 Tbsp pesto sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Garnish: fresh basil
  • Side: veggies
  • Side: salad

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Place the tortellini into the base of the prepared baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Alfredo sauce and pesto sauce. Pour over the tortellini in the baking dish, spreading evenly and covering the tortellini as best you can.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top and then the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until tortellini in the middle is softened and the cheese on top is golden brown.
  • Chop the basil for the garnish.
  • Prepare the veggies and salad.
  • Serve Pesto Tortellini Bake with fresh basil garnish, veggies and salad.

Freezer Meal Prep Instructions

  • Whisk together alfredo sauce and pesto sauce.
  • To a freezer friendly baking dish, add the tortellini, the sauce, the parmesan cheese and the mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover with foil or lid, add label to top and freeze.
    Put tray in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer.

Freezer Meal Thaw & Cook Instructions

  • Thaw, add 1 cup of warm water into the baking dish, around the ravioli, and bake at 350 F for 25 minutes, or until ravioli is cooked and cheese is golden brown.
  • Serve with veggies and salad.
