A Delightfully Sweet & Savory Breakfast for Dinner That’s Ready in Less than 20 Minutes: Breakfast Slider Bake

This breakfast slider bake is perfect for your “breakfast for dinner” meal, or a weekend brunch.

It’s the perfect combination of sweet and savory, from the sausage and eggs to the maple-butter glaze on top.

Breakfast Slider Bake

These savory and sweet sliders loaded with sausage and eggs makes for the best ever breakfast sandwich!
Prep Time10 minutes minutes
Cook Time15 minutes minutes
Servings - 12 sliders

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb. mild breakfast sausage browned
  • 8 large eggs scrambled
  • 12 sweet Hawaiian slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • fresh fruit side dish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Brown the breakfast sausage and drain. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet.
  • Add the bottoms slider buns to a baking dish. Spoon the browned sausage and scrambled eggs onto the cheddar cheese slices, then place the slices of cheddar cheese directly over the top. Add the slider buns top over the top.
  • In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and whisk together with the syrup or honey. Brush over the top of the slider buns.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Slice slider buns and serve warm.
  • Prepare the fruit.
  • Serve Breakfast Slider Bake with some fresh fruit.
