Enjoy all the bold, beefy flavor of a traditional Philly cheesesteak without breaking the bank.
Servings - 8 mini sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 large French loaf bread
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp homemade Philly cheesesteak seasoning link below
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 1 small green bell pepper seeded and thinly sliced
  • 10 slices Swiss cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Slice the French loaf open and lay it flat on baking sheet.

  • Spread the browned ground beef with peppers and onions onto the sliced bread. Place the Swiss cheese slices to cover as much of the beef as possible.
