Homemade Philly Cheesesteak Seasoning

This simple ratio seasoning for homemade philly cheesesteak seasoning can be made for 1 meals worth or made in a larger batch.
Prep Time5 minutes minutes
Servings - 3 Tbsp

Ingredients 

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Use 1 1/2 Tbsp of the mix per 1 pound of ground beef.
  • The batch as written is enough for 2 lbs. of ground beef or beef sirloin strips.
