As I killed sugar from my diet in August, and continue to keep it at a minimum, I found myself missing out on my occasional latte and Chai tea. These are splurges for me, but even still…I was missing them.
Since getting them without sugar at Starbucks wouldn’t be an option, I’d just have to make my own. Better and cheaper!
I’ve shared my favorite version of the Pumpkin Spice Latte, and now…my sugarless version of Pumpkin Chai Latte.
So here’s my recipe…ingredients inspired by this recipe from Just Good Energy.

My mother in law and I were traveling last weekend and were in need of some coffee. I am pregnant with my second child so of course, I got decaf but I tried a new drink. My mil got a Salted Caramel Mocha – skinny and decaf. It was delicious. I got one too but did not get the skinny…her’s was way better. Maybe if you have a splurge day you could try this one from Starbucks or I am sure there is a homemade recipe.
I make a chai latte syrup that is sooo frugal! I have the recipe posted on a note on my facebook page. It uses sugar but you could use something else! We have a milking cow, so milk is in abundance at our house, so I love having chai latte’s in the winter. My 2 1/2 yr old calls them chai-wahyays and wants one every morning.
I’m enjoying this right now! Yum! Thank you!
Yum! Thank you!
I just made this for a fall themed party. Threw it all in in my crockpot on low for 2 hours. Came out amazing! Huge hit! Thanks!
