With this formula, you can mix and match liquids, mix-ins, and spices to make the perfect batch of Overnight Oats.

Overnight Oats Formula

Make any flavor of overnight oats with this formula
Prep Time10 minutes minutes
Chilling Time4 hours hours
Servings - 8 servings

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups liquid - water, fruit juice, milk
  • 1 tsp crushed freeze dried fruit to each cup
  • dash spices that complement the fruit to each cup
  • 1 tsp vanilla protein powder to each cup, optional
  • yogurt, milk, fresh fruit optional toppings

Instructions

  • Set out 8 - 4 oz. glass jars with lids.
  • Add 1/4 cup rolled oats and 1/4 cup liquid to each cup.
  • Add 1 tsp crushed freeze dried fruit, a dash of spices and optional 1 tsp vanilla protein powder to each cup.
  • Gently combine and stir with a spoon. Put the lid on and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight. Store in the fridge up to 5 days.
  • Add yogurt, fresh fruit, or some milk and enjoy!
  • NOTE: Double if using an 8 oz. glass jar.
