Cookie Butter Brownies – Fudgy, Gooey, and Irresistibly Spiced
These Cookie Butter Brownies take your classic fudgy brownie to the next level with a swirl of rich, spiced cookie butter in every bite. The warm notes of cinnamon and caramel blend perfectly with deep chocolate for a dessert that’s decadent, gooey, and downright addictive.

These were inspired by a jar of cookie butter and these Chocolate Hazelnet (aka Nutella) Brownies!
Cookie Butter Brownies
These Cookie Butter Brownies take your classic fudgy brownie to the next level with a swirl of rich, spiced cookie butter in every bite.
Servings - 24 brownies
Ingredients
- 2 boxes brownie mix with eggs, oil and water
- 12 Tbsp cookie butter dollops
- 1 cup chocolate chips mini, chunks or regular morsels
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Prepare the 2 boxes of brownie batter as directed on the box and pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Add 12 (or more!) dollops of cookie butter on top of the brownie batter. Press down lightly into the batter. Sprinkle a few chocolate chips onto the cookie butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven as directed on the box. Let cool and then cut into small squares. Enjoy!
