Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Make crispy air fryer Brussels sprouts in 15 minutes for your Thanksgiving feast. Budget-friendly, easy, and perfectly caramelized. Oven-free holiday side!

Servings - 8 servings

Equipment

  • 1 air fryer

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb. bag fresh Brussels sprouts halved
  • 2 Tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1 Tbsp Ranch seasoning mix or other seasoning mix
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, toss together the halved Brussels sprouts with the olive or avocado oil. Then toss with your favorite seasoning blend - Ranch seasoning mix and Everything but the Stuffing holiday spice blend are my personal favorites.
  • Add the coated Brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket and air fry at 400 F for 8 minutes.
  • Remove and let cool slightly before serving. Season with salt to taste. Enjoy!
