      I fixed this for my family tonight. I found that this recipe has way to much rice in it. If I were to fix it again I would only put about 1/2 cup of rice. It taste like rice with a little bit of beef flavoring.

        Patricia, note it says 2 cups of cooked rice not 2 cups of uncooked rice. Just in case this is why there was so much rice.
