It’s not my fault. It’s not!
I am a chocoholic. And I need a support group!
So who’s fault is it…perhaps the fault of the market where I found these raspberry chips. Perhaps the fault of this beautiful post of Jenny’s that I stumbled upon. Perhaps the fault of all the Valentine’s Day chocolate that is EVERYWHERE. Perhaps the fault of the pantry challenge. Perhaps my brother’s fault for getting me this super cool mini-brownie tray for Christmas.
Really…the fault is my own.
Must. Indulge. Chocolate. Cravings!
Perfection. 1 bite. Chocolate brownies with a touch of gooey raspberry flavored chocolate inside!
Recipe from back of the Baker’s Chocolate Squares box. (Because I couldn’t just throw the box away…I should at least use it up, right?!? In the spirit of the Pantry Challenge!?!)
Ingredients
4 squares Baker’s unsweetened baking chocolate
3/4 cup butter (dairy free margarine works too!)
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
About 1 cup raspberry flavored chocolate chips (Bought at the 2nd Street Market in Dayton over the holidays!)
Directions
1. Follow directions on box to make brownies. In a nutshell, melt chocolate squares with butter, add in with all other ingredients. Stir together.
2. Meanwhile place raspberry chocolate chips into the little mini-muffin well.
3. Pour.
4. Carefully.
5. Bake.
6. Cool.
5. Try not to eat them all in one sitting!!!!!
If you are craving chocolate now, I do apologize.
Perhaps you’d like to join my Chocoholics Anonymous support group?!?

Yummy I want some! They look good!!
I definitely need to join that support group!
Also, I adore that tin. I’ve been searching for something similar, care to share where your brother found it?
@Misc Jenn,
I believe it was from Michael’s. It’s silicone…made perfect bite size brownies!
Raspberry and chocolate are my favorite combo of flavors!! These look so good. If I could find the chips I would make them asap,.
that is the cutest pan I’ve ever seen! I need to find one of those. And raspberry chocolate chips? Now I really need to do some searching online for that one.
And yes I now want chocolate …. thankfully I have some dark chocolate covered pomegranate in a jar in the kitchen. Now if I can just casually go into the kitchen and calmly open the jar ……. no one will be the wiser
Thanks
@Kat,
Well, great…now I’m craving dark chocolate covered pomegranates
I tried to click the Chocoholics Anonymous link but it didn’t take me anywhere! Wonder what kind of sign that is?!?!? LOL! (Just kidding!)
This recipe sounds wonderful! Not sure I’ve ever seen the raspberry chips before, but I bet any flavor would rock! Thanks for sharing!
@Tina,
LOL! Yes…any flavored chocolate chip will do!
These look AWESOME!! I love the baking tray too!
Those look really good!
Chocolate & raspberry is one of my favorite combos! I use my raspberry cocoa butter flavor disks in m pancake batter and add mini chocolate chips. Raspberry chocolate chip pancakes is a weekend favorite around here! Your flavored chips would work great too.
Yum…bite size brownies! Does that mean that I could eat multiple ones and they would only count as one brownie? Not that I would do something like that or anything…
@Melinda,
But of course…I’d say 4 bites = 1 brownie!!!
Are you kidding me? Those look amazing!!! It’s going to ice tonight I think. That means I’m stuck at home all day tomorrow. I see a big bake coming on. Yummmm….
That is a REALLY good idea!!!
I’d join CA (Chocaholics Anonymous)!!! But we’d probably all get together and devour your brownies. Not very constructive work on our addiction, lol, but I’m still all for it
They look yummy!
Oh that looks like a lovely snack item!
OMG! These sound absolutely ILLEGAL! Thanks so much for enabling!
@Terry McAuliffe,
LOL! You’re welcome!
Where in the world did you find the chips? Did they come from Homer @ the Spice Rack? That’s the only place I can think of that would have something like that. Guess I need to make a trip down there soon – and one to Michael’s for a brownie bite tray. Thanks for helping me spend $$…
@Jean,
LOL! These Raspberry brownies are worth the investment! I think it was the Spice Rack…I’ve only been to the market a few times, but that sounds familiar!
Those look so yummy! Heck, even the batter looks scrumptious
Where is the link so I can print this recipe?
@Renee,
I just added it
What temp and for how long did you bake these?
@Kim,
350 for 16-18 minutes because they are “minis”…follow baking times on the unsweetened chocolate squares box if making brownies in a regular pan!
Love them Erin! That little pan is to die for, gotta go pick one up for myself now!!
