    Raspberry Chocolate Chip Brownies

    It’s not my fault. It’s not!

    I am a chocoholic. And I need a support group!

    So who’s fault is it…perhaps the fault of the market where I found these raspberry chips. Perhaps the fault of this beautiful post of Jenny’s that I stumbled upon. Perhaps the fault of all the Valentine’s Day chocolate that is EVERYWHERE. Perhaps the fault of the pantry challenge. Perhaps my brother’s fault for getting me this super cool mini-brownie tray for Christmas.

    Raspberry Chocolate Chip Brownies

    Really…the fault is my own.

    Must. Indulge. Chocolate. Cravings!

    Perfection. 1 bite. Chocolate brownies with a touch of gooey raspberry flavored chocolate inside!

      I definitely need to join that support group!

      Also, I adore that tin. I’ve been searching for something similar, care to share where your brother found it?

        @Misc Jenn,

        I believe it was from Michael’s. It’s silicone…made perfect bite size brownies!

      that is the cutest pan I’ve ever seen! I need to find one of those. And raspberry chocolate chips? Now I really need to do some searching online for that one.

      And yes I now want chocolate …. thankfully I have some dark chocolate covered pomegranate in a jar in the kitchen. Now if I can just casually go into the kitchen and calmly open the jar ……. no one will be the wiser 🙂

      Thanks

      I tried to click the Chocoholics Anonymous link but it didn’t take me anywhere! Wonder what kind of sign that is?!?!? LOL! (Just kidding!)

      This recipe sounds wonderful! Not sure I’ve ever seen the raspberry chips before, but I bet any flavor would rock! Thanks for sharing!

      Chocolate & raspberry is one of my favorite combos! I use my raspberry cocoa butter flavor disks in m pancake batter and add mini chocolate chips. Raspberry chocolate chip pancakes is a weekend favorite around here! Your flavored chips would work great too.

      Yum…bite size brownies! Does that mean that I could eat multiple ones and they would only count as one brownie? Not that I would do something like that or anything… 😉

        @Melinda,

        But of course…I’d say 4 bites = 1 brownie!!!

      I’d join CA (Chocaholics Anonymous)!!! But we’d probably all get together and devour your brownies. Not very constructive work on our addiction, lol, but I’m still all for it 🙂 They look yummy!

      Where in the world did you find the chips? Did they come from Homer @ the Spice Rack? That’s the only place I can think of that would have something like that. Guess I need to make a trip down there soon – and one to Michael’s for a brownie bite tray. Thanks for helping me spend $$…

        @Jean,

        LOL! These Raspberry brownies are worth the investment! I think it was the Spice Rack…I’ve only been to the market a few times, but that sounds familiar!

        @Kim,

        350 for 16-18 minutes because they are “minis”…follow baking times on the unsweetened chocolate squares box if making brownies in a regular pan!
