What is the serving size on a meal like this? Do you have children? Or are you just feeding your hubby and yourself?

For this meal, I make 3 fish fillets. One for hubby and me, and one for my 2 boys. I will make 2-3 broccoli heads, depending on their size so that hubby and I get a larger one and the boys get a few of the “trees!” 1 cup of uncooked rice is just enough to feed our family. Hope this helps!

I love everything “Tilapia ” You mentioned that you marinate the fillets and freeze them.
How do you make you marinade ? It sounded delicious.
    Thanks
