A simple lemon and herb spice on the mild white fish, tilapia.
Servings - 4 servings
- 4 frozen tilapia fillets
- 2 cups rice
- 3 broccoli heads
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp seafood seasoning with dill and garlic
- Cook rice as directed.
- Steam broccoli 3-5 minutes in microwave or in steamer.
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Place the frozen fish into the baking dish and add the lemon juice and seasonings directly on top. Bake as directed on package.
- Serve Tilapia with rice and broccoli.

What is the serving size on a meal like this? Do you have children? Or are you just feeding your hubby and yourself?

For this meal, I make 3 fish fillets. One for hubby and me, and one for my 2 boys. I will make 2-3 broccoli heads, depending on their size so that hubby and I get a larger one and the boys get a few of the “trees!” 1 cup of uncooked rice is just enough to feed our family. Hope this helps!
