A light, simple summer “one bowl” dish!
Summer Pasta Salad
Everything delicious goes into this pasta salad that is perfect for summer nights!
Servings - 4 servings
- 1 Box Pasta (bowtie, rotini, ziti)
- 1 chicken breast cooked and cubed or shredded
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cheese cheddar or mozzarella
- 1 can Italian style tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Cook pasta as directed on box. Drain and rinse with cold water. Transfer to bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix well and enjoy!
