How to Make Spring Dessert Cups for Easter:

Set out all of your dessert cups on a baking sheet.

Preparing the layers: For each layer you will use: 1- 3-oz gelatin package, ¾ cup boiling water, ⅓ cup of yogurt and ¼ cup milk.

Using 5 medium bowls (one for each color) – Pour each into bowl a package of gelatin. Add ¾ cup boiling water to each bowl, and whisk well, for about 1 minute to make sure all granules are dissolved.

Allow gelatin bowls to sit and cool to room temperature before adding the milk and yogurt. Once the gelatin is at room temperature add ¼ cup of milk and ½ cup of yogurt to each bowl.

Start with your first color and add about 2 tablespoons into each cup.

Refrigerate for anywhere from 15-30 minutes to allow the layer to set.

Repeat with remaining layers. Once all layers are done refrigerate for at least 4 hours to ensure all layers have fully set.

Top with whipped cream and sprinkles as desired.
These will keep for several days covered with plastic wrap so they can be made in advance.
