The most perfect Fall Dessert doesn’t exi……oh wait, it sure does exist in the form of this 4-Ingredient Snickerdoodle Apple Cobbler!

I so badly want to call this a dump cake…it’s ALMOST a dump cake.

But the egg ruins it.

Scratch that…

The egg cobbler-izes it.

It tastes like a dump cake, cooks like a dump cake, it’s just that the batter is a bit thicker and therefore it is a cobbler.

Alright, enough of this “baking logic” and onto the recipe…

All you need are these 4 ingredients…

And please watch the video below to see how easy this is to make!

Snickerdoodle Apple Cobbler

The most perfect Fall Dessert doesn't exi......oh wait, it sure does exist in the form of this 4-Ingredient Snickerdoodle Apple Cobbler!
Prep Time10 minutes minutes
Cook Time55 minutes minutes
Servings - 16 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 box snickerdoodle cookie mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 21 oz. cans apple pie filling
  • whipped topping or vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour both cans of the apple pie filling into the baking dish and spread into an even layer.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the cookie mix and cinnamon-sugar mix. Add the egg and softened butter. Mix well until hearty dough forms.
  • Flatten the dough into discs and place on top of the apple pie filling in the baking dish, spreading into an even layer. It will not completely cover the apple pie filling, but it will fill in as it bakes.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until the cobbler top begins to golden.
  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly before serving warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping. Enjoy!
