I love creating menu plans. But I also love spontaneity! Tonight we are at a “Potato Bar Potluck”! The planned pork roast will wait! I will be making the rosemary orange chicken tomorrow night, so stay tuned!

For tonight’s potato potluck, I’m bringing the bacon! And probably some fruit for the boys, just in case! Gotta be prepared when you’ve got kiddos on a special diet!!!

Hi, this is my first post to $5 dinners. I just recently began couponing and I find your menu plans very helpful. I usually wouldn’t post as I like to just read and take everything in. However, I wanted to post to tell you that I think you’re doing a wonderful job with your kiddos and the reinforcement of speech therapy in the home setting. I’m a speech therapist in the public school system and I rarely find parents that are as willing and focused on helping their children. The time and effort you put in will “payoff”!

I just found your blog last week and it’s great! I’m always feeling stuck in the same few meals and this is such blessing!

I also have kids with sensory issues and speach delay. I’ve not tried a special diet, OT and ST have been amazing for our family.

I just found your other blog…I can’t wait to read more!
