Lynn from Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures shares two of her favorite Panera copycat soups!

  • Broccoli Cheddar Soup
  • Creamy Potato Soup

Do you have a favorite copycat recipe that you’d like to share?!

(I’m still trying to figure out the buttery goodness that’s spread over the top of Olive Garden breadsticks.)

Generally I never find copycat recipes live up to what they’re supposed to be. I’d love to try Lynn’s recipes because it’s hard to go wrong with a broccoli cheddar soup 😉

Olive Garden Breadsticks – I suspect they use a clarified butter that is infused with garlic and then sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese. It has a saltiness to it with a hint of garlic. I’m no baker, but it’s one of the few breads I enjoy without butter (yes, I’m of that generation).

None of the links are working for me – is Lynn’s site down?

I have a pretty good knock-off of Q’doba’s Mexican Gumbo on my blog –

I am totally going to try the Panera Soups – I love that place and those are two of my favorites. Mmm…soup!

I’ve tried a copycat broccoli soup, but im curious to see what lynn’s are. I do have a copycat clam chowder. it was so good my husband ate the whole recipe, i had one bowl. after reading the comments people were saying this is MUCH better as the restaurant that this was from uses a canned base.

I am looking forward to making the broccoli soup. My 8 yr. old has been asking me to make broccoli soup. I have never tried it from Panera, but I know that the bread is good.

The soups both sound fabulous. I’ve been looking for a copycat recipe for the Rax cheese sauce on their BBC sandwiches.
