st patrick's day lactose free shake recipe

If your kids are anything like mine, they’ve already started asking for green this and green that. For breakfast, they were begging me to make green eggs and ham.

Not on a school morning. *ahem*

But I do have plans to make them some green chocolate chip cookies after school today! And maybe we’ll go crazy and add green sprinkles on them before we bake them.

(For anyone who knows my oldest son, he has always loved the color green…ever since he could say “gee”…before it developed into “geen” then “green.” He has never once wavered in his choice of favorite color. And he adores, adores, adores St. Patrick’s Day and all the green fun it brings into his life!)

If you or someone you knows struggles with digesting lactose, or has been officially diagnosed with lactose intolerance…this shake is for you!!

Happy St. (Lactose Free) Patrick’s Day!
